I grew up in North East England surrounded by photography. My father is a wedding and portrait photographer and he gave me my first camera at the age of six. By the time I was 10 I was assisting him on various jobs. Later I studied photography at Blackpool and Fylde College of Art and moved to the Manchester area where I have worked ever since.

Over the last 20 years I have worked at several large photographic studios in North West England as well as producing work for myself.

In a commercial environment I specialise in Still Life work and have recently started to work in animated stills and QTVR movies created from still photography. In my personal work my passion has always been Landscape, and this site contains images from many European countries.
